From Pain to Power: A Voice for Healing in the Black Community
Coach MeMe is a Certified Life Coach, intuitive guide, and unapologetic truth-teller with over 6 years of professional coaching experience—but her journey started long before that. Coach MeMe has always been the one people come to in their darkest moments, known for her foresight, strategy, and deeply rooted wisdom. Coach MeMe's professional background in sales and marketing taught her how to amplify messages—but it’s her purpose-driven passion for Black people’s growth that gave her a message worth amplifying.
Today, Coach MeMe is a full-time homeschooling mother of three—having recently graduated her oldest from her home-based program—while also preparing to homeschool a toddler. Coach MeMe has faced abuse, abandonment, neglect, and homelessness, and she has fought through it all using a personalized strategy built on spiritual principles and raw truth. She knows what it means to rebuild an identity after pain, and that’s what she helps others do—without the fluff, without the judgment, and without sugarcoating what it takes.
In melanated communities, too many suffer in silence. We’re taught to minimize pain, sweep trauma under the rug, and keep it moving. Coach MeMe's mission is to disrupt that pattern by helping melanated people and families confront their truth, heal openly, and build stronger, more unified lives—one hard conversation at a time.
Through her workbook and coaching, Coach MeMe guides people toward transformation with real tools, honest reflection, and cultural relevance. Because the truth hurts—but it also heals.
